Annual Fund 2009-10
The Annual Fund is a key part of the Foundation Appeal. While the creation of a Bursary Endowment Fund and the provision of new buildings and the refurbishment of others are large-scale and long-term, the Annual Fund is more immediate, focussed on results in the short-term. The Annual Fund 2009/10 continues to build on the successes of previous years but has some elements which are new and designed to integrate it even more closely with other elements of the fundraising.
This year's projects are as follows:
- Interactive Language Learning (Mill Hill) £3,000 - FUNDED
- Multimedia on Wheels (Belmont) £2,200 - FUNDED
- Tennis Ball Machine (Belmont) £2,100 - FUNDED
- Athletics Development (Mill Hill) £2,000 - FUNDED
- Rugby Analysis Software (Mill Hill) £1,400 - FUNDED
- Young Roboteers (Mill Hill) £1,100 - FUNDED
- Wind Turbine (Mill Hill) £1,100 - FUNDED
- Trampolining Spotting Decks (Mill Hill) £950 - FUNDED
- Geography Globes (Belmont) £800 - FUNDED
- Geography Satmap (Belmont) £700 - FUNDED
- Audio-visual Enhancement of Chemistry Corridor (Mill Hill) £700 - FUNDED
- Seating around the Foundation (Foundation) £600 (unlimited number) per bench - six benches are now in place but many more are wanted.
- Electronic Weather Station (Mill Hill) £650 - FUNDED
- Golf Academy Equipment (Mill Hill) £550 - FUNDED
- Sound System (Grimsdell) £350 - FUNDED
- Widescreen Display (Grimsdell) £350 - FUNDED
- Outdoor Maths and Literacy (Grimsdell) £300 - FUNDED
- Bursary Provision (Foundation) Unlimited
